The staff and leadership here at Life Changers Church is comprised of men and women who love, care and pray for the members of our church. They are men and women of integrity who have shown themselves as faithful followers of Christ and have a vision in unity with the church focus.

J. Ben Barton

Lead Pastor

Ben grew up in DeFuniak Springs and was born again when he was 25 years old. Ben has a passion for the heart of God and His word and desires to share that passion with people in his teachings. His philosophy of Biblical applications is simple: hear and do - whatever God says to you. Pastor Barton's marketplace ministry is that of a construction company owner.

Jenny Barton

Worship Leader / Church Administrator

Jenny (JJ) a native of DeFuniak Springs, rededicated her life to God when she was 20 years old. Since that time, her devotion has been to her Savior, Jesus Christ, and desires to testify of His freedom and grace to those that need healing and deliverance. Her ministry style involves sharing her personal experiences and testimonies to relate to those listening and her leadership in Worship is charismatic, sincere, and most of all - personal. Her current marketplace ministry is as an Esthetician and business owner.

Joshua Mayhue

Associate Minister

Josh grew up in Walton County and was born again when he was 20 years old. Josh originally served as Youth Pastor at LCCI and now has the role as Associate Minister. He is a passionate minister delivering God's word with fire and humor. His marketplace ministry is currently serving at the Walton County Sheriff's Office.

Dr. RW White

Apostle / Elder

R.W. (Wayne) White was born again in 1977. Soon after this, he was called into ministry and started serving as Pastor in a small church in north Walton County, Florida. In 1983 he founded WEO Church which is now LCCI where he actively serves in ministry for over forty years. Apostle White has a four-year degree from The Berean School of the Bible and an earned Doctorate of Divinity from River of Truth Bible College. He continues to do God’s work as he ministers and facilitates to cover the globe with God’s word. Apostle White is the author of the book "How the Holy Spirit Ministers: Understanding the Spirit World".

ELAINE WHITE

Elder / Women of Valor Ministry Leader

Elaine White's sense of divine calling to serve as a missionary began to shape her life from a young age. In 1987, she and her husband Wayne embarked on a mission journey, dedicating themselves to spreading the teachings of Jesus. Elaine's commitment to her calling has remained steadfast over the years, and she currently serves as an Elder at LCCI. She also leads the Women of Valor Ladies Ministry, where she plays a pivotal role in organizing the annual conference and leading a weekly intercessory prayer group. Elaine has also made a significant impact as an author. Her book, "Becoming a Woman of Valor: Waking Up Your Servant Heart," is a reflection of her personal journey and experiences, offering profound guidance and inspiration to women seeking to deepen their connection with God and live a purposeful life.

Diana Mayhue

Leadership Team Member / Treasurer

Diana became a part of LCCI in 2010 and has worked in numerous areas of ministry. She is a devoted mother of four children, which are her biggest joy. Diana is currently serving as the church Treasurer, but her input and guidance goes much further. Her marketplace ministry is serving at the Walton County Sheriff's Office.
